SMBN Member Milestone
Jane Ratti, Realtor and founder of the Southern Maryland Business Network group reaches a milestone by completing over $4.5 million in listings and sales for the month of April. Ratti who is an Associate Broker affiliated with EXIT Only Realty located on La Grange Avenue in La Plata, is a full-time Realtor who serves residents and investors in the tri-county area. In addition to working as a full-time Realtor, Jane also devotes a considerable amount of her time mentoring and training agents within EXIT Only Realty.
Ratti founded the Southern Maryland Business Network group in May 2003. Her vision and leadership in founding the network group has helped so many other professionals in growing their businesses and developing themselves through membership in the group. In 2005 over 1500 direct business referrals were shared among members with over 76% completion, i.e. referrals resulting in new business for SMBN members. The group will exceed those numbers in 2006 reporting a total of more than 2,500 referrals already given year-to-date with more than 80% resulting in new business for members. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her dedication to SMBN fundraising and giving back to the community is commendable. Just when you think she cannot take on one more thing, she chairs the Bowl-A-Thon, coming up May 21st, while also serving on the Social Committee and Chairing the Fundraising Committee.
